Why do you need refill machines ?

Although it was still not possible for toner cartridges, refill companies could have refilled old style cartridges by hand without any refill equipment in the past. However, recently, the cartridges have sponges or foams. And this brings several problems, which has to be solved during refilling process. These problems are air pressure balance (which is called as priming), stop printing after several print outs, or missing lines on the sheets.
